Ayo Light-Based Wearable
The AYO Light-Based therapy glasses are designed to improve wakefulness via natural suppression of melatonin production. AYO’s gentle blue light enters the user’s eyes and stimulates sensory cells in the retina called photosensitive Retinal Ganglion Cells (ipRGCs). The Bongo Rx reusable nasal EPAP device is indicated for use in patients with mild-to-moderate sleep
apnoea and/or snoring. Bongo can be used as a primary treatment device or as a supplementary product
where it is not convenient or possible to use a CPAP device, such as during a camping trip or on an aeroplane.
The small, silicon device is gently inserted into each nostril and worn for the duration of sleep.
During inhalation, a small valve opens at the end of each nostril to allow a free and uninhibited breath in.
During exhalation, the valves close and restrict expiratory flow of air through smaller vent holes generating
Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure, or EPAP. EPAP significantly expands the upper airway and eliminates
vibrations of the soft palette that cause snoring. When nasal dilation is increased, inhalation capacity is

Optipillows EPAP Mask Anti Snoring Sleeping Aid EPAP device for moderate snoring
OptiPillows is a reusable EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure) mask for treatment of snoring that also
includes mild nasal dilation. The OptiPillows EPAP mask consists of a nasal pillow cushion with headgear and
has an adjustable resistance valve that allows air to flow freely without resistance during an inspiratory breath.
The mask is held in place with adjustable head straps connected to the sides of the mask, similar in design
to a nasal pillows CPAP mask.
During exhalation, the expired breath is redirected through a narrow opening on the side of the valve. The
opening creates resistance to expiratory airflow, slowing the breath out and thus increasing the backpressure
in the upper airways. EPAP significantly expands the upper airway and eliminates vibrations of the soft palette
that cause snoring. This increase also prevents the upper airway from collapsing, alleviating mild airway
obstruction. The OptiPillows EPAP valve can be adjusted by rotating the sleeve to open or close the
expiratory hole – the more closed the valve is the higher the expiratory resistance generated.
EPAP for sleep disordered breathing
EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure) is an alternative way for those experiencing an upper airway obstruction during sleep to receive positive pressure to the airway without using a CPAP mask or CPAP machine. The EPAP device is similar to a nasal pillow CPAP mask, but uses expiratory resistance technology to repurpose one’s own breath during exhalation as a treatment for mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea.
Featuring adjustable pressure thanks to the proprietary valve, this expiratory resistance device can use expired air at multiple pressure levels to help combat snoring without some of the drawbacks of continuous positive airway pressure.

loosens and eliminates mucus build up or phlegm from a user’s airways. PEPE operates by Oscillating
Positive Expiratory Pressure, or PEP Therapy, to vibrate the chest cavity and move secretions from the
peripheral lungs to tertiary and secondary bronchi where it can be more easily expelled. The PEPE device is
also suitable for use as a natural lung physiotherapy exerciser that can help to increase lung capacity.
Smart Peak Personal Flow Meter
The Smart Peak Flow (SPF) meter is a compact, self-monitoring digital peak expiratory flow meter (PEFM)
that is operated via the Smart Asthma App that can record and store a user’s peak flow measurement history,
asthma symptoms and exacerbations, and their use of SABA medications. The App creates a ‘digital diary’
for the patient, which can be shared with a healthcare provider as part of their asthma management plan.
The SPF meter is designed for use by moderate-to-severe asthmatics ages 12 and up. Using advanced AI machine learning derived from user data input, SPF accurately predicts the likelihood of an asthma
exacerbation and can notify the user of an impending attack. Users blow into the mouthpiece three times to record peak flow measurement in their home, workplace, school, etc. and the App will indicate their current risk of exacerbation. Users can opt in to share results instantly with their physician or respiratory care team via a web-based portal. SPF meter uses the same technology as a diagnostic spirometer and

I have been researching for a long time to find this device for COPD/Bronchiectasis rather than purchase from overseas finally my local pharmacy put me onto PEPE. I have been using the Pepe for almost a year now. I was concerned about dust and air pollution from local coal mines and industry and researched the Pepe having stumbled upon it online.
